To help us run our inclusive sessions, we are recruiting a part-time Inclusive Cycling Programme Coordinator. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives through cycling.

Your main responsibility will be to coordinate and run inclusive cycling sessions at two locations: CyclAbility in Oxford and Wheels for All in Witney.
This role requires about 24 hours per week, with fixed session times on Tues and Friday mornings (Oxford) and Wednesday afternoons (Witney). Plus some Saturday mornings in Witney.
Who We Are Looking For
We want someone who shares our commitment to inclusion and community. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working with people with disabilities or diverse needs
A passion for cycling or outdoor activities
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A friendly, patient, and encouraging attitude
Basic knowledge of bike maintenance is a plus but not essential
You do not need to be a cycling expert. What matters most is your dedication to making cycling accessible and enjoyable for all.
