News 1st Mar. 23

Dear All

Our next sessions:

Friday 3 March: 10am, 11am & 12pm (we’ve re-instated the midday slot now the session is getting busier again).  If you’ve booked for 10 or 11 and want to switch to 12, please let Jennifer know on booking@wfaoxford.org. Velospeed will be bringing a Pfautec Scoobo trike again for people to try – come and take it for a spin!

Tuesday 7 March: 10am.  Numbers are increasing on Tuesdays but we’ll continue with just the 10am slot for a while longer.

If you’ve not yet booked a slot please contact Jennifer.  All booking requests should be sent to booking@wfaoxford.org and please book no later than midday the day before (and preferably earlier).  Please note we cannot respond to messages after midday (or on the day) as we’ll be busy preparing for the session.  If you have any booking queries, please read see the page Coming to a Session on our website which explains how to submit a consent form (for new participants only) and how to pay online.

New container

We’ve ordered another container so we’ll have more room to store the cycles.  Delivery has been postponed to 9 March so we’ve got a bit more time to level the site – thanks to all those who have helped with the digging!

Parking

The parking area near the track is getting crowded on Fridays.  Please only park there if this is essential (eg you cannot get under height bar in main car park or walking from main car park is too difficult).

We aim to open regardless of the weather (unless there’s a serious weather warning). If we have to close we will email and put a note on the website. The weather is getting warmer but please don’t forget gloves and waterproofs just in case! Tea, coffee, cold drinks and biscuits also available.
