Wheels for All Oxford, weekly newsletter

Dear All

Please note that we’re going to revert to sending the newsletter midweek so the next one will be sent out around 8 Feb

Our next few sessions:

Tuesday 31 Jan: 10am, Friday 3 Feb: 10am and 11am, Tuesday 7 Feb: 10am

If you’ve not yet booked please contact Jennifer.  Please send all booking requests to booking@wfaoxford.org and please book no later than midday the day before (and preferably earlier).  If you have any booking queries, please read see the page Coming to a Session on our website which explains how to submit a consent form (for new participants only) and how to pay online.

Our ‘new’ side-by-side Fun2Go has arrived!
The second hand Fun2Go has been delivered.  We hope to be able to add e-assit to this in due course.  We now have four side-by-side cycles!  We were able to purchase the new Fun2Go using funds raised by Hope and Tom on their sponsored ride and a donation from the Outspoken conference – many thanks to them for their hard work and generosity.

Please note that priority for the e-assist Fun2Go will be given to participants who need the assitance to help them cycle.  We know everyone enjoys whizzing around on it but we encourage you to use the other side-by-side cycles when possible.  Carers should preferably be able to cycle (without e-assist) and are encouraged to do so (at their own risk).

Updated Guidelines
We haven’t updated our Guidelines for a while so please read the revised version here.  If you have any queries, please let us know.

Please remember we aim to open regardless of the weather (unless there’s a serious weather warning). If we have to close we will email and put a note on the website. Don’t forget to wrap up warm and bring gloves and bring waterproofs just in case! Hot drinks also available.
