Wheels for All Oxford, weekly newsletter

Dear All

An early newsletter this week (although we might switch to Mondays).

Booking
Please note that booking requests should now be sent to booking@wfaoxford.org.  Jennifer will still be handling these but it gives us more flexibility when she’s not available.

There were many ‘no shows’ on Friday due to the road closure on the ring road.  If you’re free to come tomorrow instead, you’d be very welcome:

Tues 11 October (10-12)
Estarli has kindly loaned 2 folding ebikes to us and they are visiting tomorrow with more of their ebikes for people to try.  If you’d like to come let us know (but drop-ins also possible for this special event) and its a FREE session.

Friday 14 October
The earlier slots are now at capacity but there is still room in the slot starting at midday.  If you want an earlier slot, please consider coming on a Tuesday instead. Please see the page Coming to a Session on our website.

Volunteers

New volunteers are always welcome.  And if anyone would like to help with some of the admin work that goes on behind the scenes, please contact us to discuss.

Covid is on the rise again
Please continue to be careful as many of our participants are vulnerable. We recommend wearing masks when in close proximity and maintaining a safe distance when chatting. Please don’t some to a session if you think you might have Covid or if you or someone in your household has Covid or recently tested positive.  Please use the hand sanitiser on arrival.  You are also welcome to use the sanitizer sprays on the cycles before use.
